Payment

You pre-pay 25% of your booking now and the rest you will pay in cash on the day of your picnic.

Picnic time

You have two hours to enjoy your picnic. After two hours we will be back to clean up. 

Responsibility picnic items 

If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 15 minute notice via text or WhatsApp. 

You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up. 

Booked time

Make sure to be there on the booked time. The picnic will be exactly ready on the booked time. So please don’t be there before. If you are later then 15 min and did not notify us, we clean up te picnic and you will be charged 100% . Please notify us when you are later. 

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. We charge 25% cancellation costs within 48 hours and 100% cancellation costs within 24 hours. 

Weather Policy
We reserve the right to make cancellations on the day of the picnic due to inclement weather. We will notify you of the cancellation via email and whatsapp. And will make an attempt to reschedule the picnic for a different day and time. If you don’t want to reschedule, we are happy to come your backyard or living room.  Send us an email.
