HOW MUCH IN ADVANCE DO YOU NEED TO ARRANGE THE PICNIC

We need at least a 24 hour notice to prepare your pop up picnic. We could get fully booked. To avoid disappointment we recommend to book on time!

What is the cancellation policy

You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. We charge 25% cancellation costs within 48 hours and 100% cancellation costs within 24 hours. (For groups there is a different policy, please contact us).

when do i recieve the exact location

Within 24 hours before your picnic we send the exact location via whatsapp.

WHY SHOULD I BOOK A PICNIC

Surprise your loved ones, proposal, wedding, date night, hen parties, babyshower, birthdays, anniversaries, girls night out, boys day out and graduation celebration.

What if i have more than 10 guests

Am I responsible for the picnic

If you would like to leave earlier than the arranged time, please provide us a 15 minute notice via text or WhatsApp.

You are responsible for the picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.

What are the prices?

65 euro per person for a picnic. You can spice up your picnic with extra things. Check it out here.

What is included in the picnic

– Cutlery, napkins, plates & glasses

– Food platter of your choice

– Water enough for all guests

– Comfy seating

– Pillows and blanket

– Umbrella or sun blocker

– Use of everything for 2 hours

Can i request a special location or ask a special request to add to the picnic?

We are happy to come your backyard, living room or favorite spot. Just send us an email.. Also for special requests.

CAN I PICK A SET-UP

We surprise you with a dreamy set up. Are they always the same? No, we mix and match.

HOW long can i enjoy the picnic

You have two hours to enjoy the picnic. If you are finished before that time, you can text us and we will do our best to be there soon. If not you will see us in 2 hours.

What happens if i'm late

Make sure to be there on the booked time. The picnic will be exactly ready on the booked time. So please don’t be there before. If you are later then 15 min and did not notify us, we clean up te picnic and you will be charged 100% . Please notify us when you are later.

Can i bring my own stuff?

You can compare us with a restaurant. The idea of the picnic is that we serve you with our delicious goodies. You can’t bring your own drinks (wine) and food. (Only special requests).

How long can i picnic?

You have two hours to picnic.
